Add BLND to the asset registry

Aquarius, the liquidity layer protocol on Stellar, has proposed whitelisting BLND, the governance token of Blend Capital, in its asset registry. BLND is issued on Stellar as a Soroban asset contract (SAC: CD25MNVTZDL4Y3XBCPCJXGXATV5WUHHOWMYFF4YBEGU5FCPGMYTVG5JY) with a circulating supply of 124.19M tokens and 1,798 funded trustlines as of July 13, 2026. The proposal enables BLND integration within Aquarius's governance and liquidity infrastructure, deepening the relationship between two key Stellar DeFi protocols.
