Add ESP to the asset registry

Aquarius is voting to whitelist the ESP token in its asset registry. ESP was issued by KPOP ROCKS and has been active on Stellar for 359 days, accumulating 1,183 trades across 22 funded trustlines. As of June 28, 2026, ESP trades at approximately $0.038 and operates through a SAC (Soroban-compatible) contract with a Stellar Expert risk rating of 3/10. Whitelisting ESP enables Aquarius to list and facilitate the token's trading within its platform.
