Add SolvBTCStellar Pubnet

Reflector DAO, Stellar's decentralized price feed oracle, has proposed adding SolvBTC to its supported assets. SolvBTC is Solv Protocol's yield-bearing Bitcoin derivative enabling efficient capital flow for Bitcoin holders. The proposal seeks approval from DAO token holders to expand Reflector's price feed coverage on Stellar's public network. If approved, this would enable DeFi protocols and smart contracts on Stellar to access real-time SolvBTC price data, supporting new yield and trading strategies.
