Add USDP to the asset registry

Aquarius is voting to whitelist USDP, a utility token from LUX Payband powering in-event loyalty and rewards programs. The token, explicitly not a US dollar equivalent or stablecoin, has 386.2K supply with 208 trustlines and 101,448 trades at $0.68 (Stellar Expert rating: 5.7/10). USDP enables redemption of goods and services within event ecosystems. A SAC contract (CCOB35AE6UJQPEUCSJYYX42NAEHQD2FHRQSQYGLJAWJL7STGES7BNVYR) enables Soroban integration. Whitelisting on Aquarius expands trading pairs and liquidity access for the token.
