Aquarius has proposed whitelisting USDY, Ondo Finance's yield-bearing stablecoin backed by short-term US Treasuries, for governance voting eligibility. USDY has 467.5M in supply across 2,637 trustlines with 325,746 trades on Stellar, as of July 22. With holders granted voting rights, the stablecoin would join other major assets in shaping Aquarius's AMM reward allocations and liquidity incentive strategies. Ondo Finance has expanded RWA offerings significantly on Stellar over the past year, bringing institutional-grade yield products to decentralized markets.
