The updated structure sets fees as follows: general DAO decisions require 40,000 XRF, adding new DAO members costs 100,000 XRF, deploying new price feeds costs 400,000 XRF, and registering new oracle symbols costs 50,000 XRF. Additional fees include a Flare base fee of 20 XRF and a Pulse daily retention fee of 200 XRF, reflecting operational and governance priorities.
