Like other users, the DAO's claimed earnings will be deposited directly into the Backstop, compounding the protocol's governance resources over time. This type of proposal requires regular submission to maximize the DAO's earning potential from its Backstop position. A "no" vote would prevent the claim and delay emissions accumulation, while a "yes" vote allows the DAO to continuously grow its reserves through earned yields.
