Send LP Tokens to Backstop Manager

Governance proposal from YieldBlox DAO to direct 567,793 liquid LP tokens to the Backstop Manager contract. Following passage of Proposal 33, the DAO will hold these tokens in liquid form; this proposal directs them to the Backstop Manager contract (AEM5) for deposit to the YieldBlox V2 backstop system. The backstop is a core mechanism for protocol stability and risk management in the money market. Implementation executed through Soroban Governor, the open-source DAO framework developed by Script3.
