Christian maintains the Stellar Flutter SDK, a widely-used Dart library enabling developers to build Stellar applications on iOS, Android, and web. The SDK provides transaction building, Horizon API access, Soroban RPC support, and implements 18 Stellar Ecosystem Proposals. Q1 2026 delivered 7 releases including v3.0.0 adding full Flutter web platform support, Protocol 25 compatibility, SEP-53 message signing, and an XDR code generator replacing hand-written types. The SDK is used by Beans App, Stack Wallet, Defindex, Meru, and others. This proposal requests continued maintenance (Protocol 26 support, SEP updates, bug fixes) and new work implementing OpenZeppelin smart account support, enabling passkey-based wallet authentication and multi-signer authorization patterns across iOS, Android, and web platforms, matching work already shipped in the KMP Stellar SDK.
