StellarChain
StellarChain requests 50,000 XLM to expand its public blockchain explorer with four major capabilities: transaction tracing APIs to help users identify scam flows, enhanced Soroban smart contract visibility, historical network metrics via dedicated chart pages, and refined accessibility features for non-technical users.
StellarChain is a non-commercial public blockchain explorer providing transparent access to Stellar network data across mainnet, testnet, and futurenet. The team recently completed a v4 redesign featuring mobile-first interfaces, improved accessibility, and Soroban contract integration. This proposal requests 50,000 XLM to deliver four major enhancements: transaction and payment tracing APIs with risk annotations for scam investigation; improved Soroban contract transparency with better event decoding and storage visibility; historical network observability through dedicated chart pages tracking TPS, transaction volume, contract activity, and market data; and refined accessibility with plain-language explanations and progressive disclosure for non-technical users. These additions would strengthen independent verification capabilities and provide the ecosystem with richer transparency across Stellar's networks.
