YieldBlox DAO is running a bootstrap to convert 1M BLND from its treasury into BLND/USDC liquidity provider tokens for deposit into the YieldBlox Pool backstop, improving the protocol's capital efficiency and stability. The bootstrap requires a minimum of 7,500 USDC in participant contributions to be successful. If the threshold is not met, all deposits are refundable. The bootstrap contract is deployed on Stellar and will close on ledger 54436500, expected to occur on November 15, 2024. Participants can join via the bootstrap interface at bootstrap.blend.capital after the proposal passes.
