Stellar Community Fund April Demo Day featured three mainnet projects: Volta, a programmable multi-signature wallet for Soroban; Splice, a fixed-rate institutional lending platform for tokenized RWAs; and Dog Protocol, a liquid real-world asset DEX. SCF has funded over 60 projects totaling $6.4M in 2026.
The Stellar Community Fund hosted its April Demo Day showcasing three live mainnet projects selected by community vote. Volta is a Soroban-native multi-signature wallet enabling institutional treasuries and DAOs to govern contracts through proposal and vote flows, eliminating reliance on off-chain coordination. Splice addresses RWA distribution and utility by offering fixed-rate, fixed-term lending with oracle-free design and contagion risk mitigation, featuring Splice USDC as a yield-bearing token targeting 7-9% APY backed by real-world credit. Dog Protocol provides liquid real-world asset infrastructure with instant exit liquidity through real-time performance verification and programmatic buybacks, currently managing $79M across five deals. The SCF program has awarded over $6.4M to 60+ projects with 155 in active development, offering three entry tracks: open, integration, and RFP, with June 14 submission deadline.
