Three SCF-backed teams demonstrate developer tooling advances at Meridian. Rumble Fish presents its Soroban block explorer and Prices API; Inferera showcases formally-verified smart contracts using the Inference language; 57 Blocks shares AI-powered development frameworks for building Soroban dApps.
Three SCF-backed developer tooling projects pitch at Meridian. Rumble Fish, a Poland-based team of 30 developers, built a Soroban-first block explorer competing with Stellar Expert, a Prices API for querying network data, and is developing an x402 authenticated payments library. Inferera presents Inference, a domain-specific formal specification language for Soroban smart contracts that enables automated verification through AI-powered proofs checked by independent theorem provers. 57 Blocks, an engineering partner for Stellar builders, shares custom AI development frameworks including domain knowledge layers, PRD/design agents, and meta harness verification tools they're making available to hackathon projects.
