Stellar's weekly developer meeting features JavaScript SDK v16 release, a real-world ZK hackathon ($10K prize pool, 11 days remaining), and the CV Labs + SDF EMEA accelerator ($150K grants). Guest project XCCY demonstrates its interest rate swaps integration on Soroban.
Stellar's June 18 developer meeting covers major ecosystem updates: JavaScript SDK v16 is live for developers to upgrade, a DoraHacks real-world ZK hackathon runs through June 29 with a $10K prize pool and open submissions, and the new CV Labs + Stellar Development Foundation accelerator launches for 10 early-stage startups building in the EMEA region. The 12-week remote program includes a two-week in-person bootcamp in Cape Town and offers up to $150K in XLM grants per team, with applications open through July 3rd. Guest project XCCY, an on-chain interest rate engine now building on Stellar, presented its technical architecture: a virtual AMM (VIMM) enabling fixed-rate deposits and loans, and interest rate swaps connecting to lending markets like Blend and Alula. XCCY received SCF #43 funding and is shipping these primitives on Soroban.
