Stellar launches a zero-knowledge gaming hackathon running February 9-22 with a $10,000 XLM prize pool. Participants can use Stellar Game Studio, Risc Zero, and Noir to build on-chain games with zero-knowledge proofs on Stellar testnet.
Stellar is hosting a two-week zero-knowledge gaming hackathon from February 9-22 with $10,000 in XLM prizes, including $5,000 for the top project. The event challenges developers to create games combining zero-knowledge proofs with Stellar smart contracts. Stellar Game Studio provides a developer toolkit with one-command scaffolding for smart contracts and web-free frontends, automatic testnet setup, and production-ready builds. Participants can leverage Risc Zero for off-chain proof generation and on-chain verification, or Noir for writing Rust-like zero-knowledge circuits. All submissions must be open source, deployed on Stellar testnet, and incorporate zero-knowledge technology in some form.
