DFS Lab announced its inaugural Blockchain Bootcamp in partnership with the Stellar Development Foundation, bringing together nine early- to mid-stage African startups to build on Stellar over three days from September 28-30. The bootcamp targets companies solving real-world problems in remittances, cross-border payments, financial inclusion, and DeFi. Selected startups include Fonbnk, Hover Developer Services, HoneyCoin, Moneymie, WindPay, Dyapay, Gravity, Pesapeer, and Quidroo. The most promising solutions will receive prizes, and participants will pitch to investors and SDF at a demo day for potential funding. The initiative aims to expand blockchain adoption across Africa and help startups launch products serving millions of users.
