The platform addresses the challenge of talent scarcity by enabling African freelancers, creators, and traders to access global job opportunities and receive payments in multiple fiat and crypto currencies. Built on Stellar's infrastructure, GetPaid uses SEP standards (SEP-6, SEP-9, SEP-10, SEP-12) to provide real-time transactions with settlement in seconds and transaction fees under a fraction of a cent. Users receive payments through Stellar-enabled wallets supporting USDC and XLM, with options to cash out to mobile money, bank accounts, or crypto exchanges.
