Lumen Loop's take

Stellar Protocol 13 is upgrading the network, with testnet going live 05/07/2020 and mainnet validators voting 06/18/2020. All developers using Stellar must update their software: download new SDK versions (JavaScript, Go, Java, Python, C#, iOS, Scala, Ruby), upgrade Horizon to v1.4.0, and update Stellar Core to v13.1.0 or later. Custom integrations may require manual code updates. Validators should arm their nodes to vote for the upgrade using the provided command. Failure to update before the mainnet upgrade will cause integrations to break or cease functioning.
