SozuPay, an NGO-focused distribution platform, completes its Stellar Instawards grant by integrating full financial distribution infrastructure. Built in four weeks with Stellar's Disbursement Platform (SDP), the platform enables organizations to distribute USDC and manage beneficiaries via an intuitive admin dashboard. The technical achievement centers on solving incompatibilities between multiple Stellar standards. SozuPay engineers connected passkey-based authentication (WebAuthn) with Stellar's Ed25519 signature model, coordinated SEP-10 and SEP-24 protocols, and built smart accounts with proper fee delegation. Each integration problem became an architectural decision, resulting in a system that abstracts blockchain complexity from both NGO operators and beneficiaries. The proof of concept is operational: an NGO can now manage beneficiaries, create distribution campaigns, and trigger payouts through SozuPay's dashboard, with funds flowing through SDP to Sozu Wallet, ending with beneficiaries holding USDC on Stellar. This completes the circuit for financial infrastructure that previously relied on spreadsheets and cash logistics.
