Cheesecake Labs has released an updated Stellar Asset Sandbox with new features including role-based access control, expanded token management, custodial solutions, and treasury management capabilities. The no-code platform enables institutions to test asset tokenization on Stellar's testnet before deploying real assets.

The Stellar Asset Sandbox, developed by Cheesecake Labs, is a no-code platform designed to help institutions explore asset tokenization on the Stellar network. The latest updates, revealed at Meridian 2023, include role-based access control for team permissions, expanded token management supporting security tokens, payment tokens, and utility tokens with compliance features like Freeze and Clawback, custodial solutions for key management, and treasury management tools for vault creation. The platform also announced upcoming Soroban smart contract support for DeFi experimentation. These enhancements provide a more robust and user-friendly starting point for issuers to test the asset creation and management process on Stellar's testnet before committing to mainnet deployment.
