Stellar's São Paulo Builder Summit gathered 218 developers from 10+ countries for an eight-day intensive structured around three focused lanes: privacy (Confidential Tokens, shielded payments), anchors and ramps (regional financial infrastructure), and payments with AI agents (x402, policy signers, agent wallets). Organized with NearX and supported by GrantFox, the Summit produced 19 completed projects showcased at closing day, 50+ bounty submissions, and 17 hours of technical content. OpenZeppelin led privacy workshops focusing on Confidential Tokens. Builders across the lanes—from privacy wallet developers to ramp infrastructure teams to agentic payment builders—left with working prototypes and momentum to continue development.
