The program offers awards in four categories: Anchors (up to 55M lumens based on usage), Exchanges (up to 33M lumens based on volume), Applications (quarterly awards for wallets, trading clients, and innovative apps), and First-Time Submissions (200K lumens per new developer). Submissions open mid-September with winners announced October 1, 2016. A community panel of judges will evaluate entries, with awards held in escrow and delivered July 1, 2017, if recipients maintain qualifying status.
