The Stellar Community Fund Seed Round received 58 submissions demonstrating Stellar's versatility beyond payments. Two standout finalists highlight creative applications: Mojoflower, a regtech platform, tokenizes SME shares and certificates on Stellar to help the Icelandic government track shareholder ownership with standardized ledgers. Blocknify replaces centralized e-signature providers by using Stellar as an immutable public notary, allowing users to verify signatures independently while connecting document signing to asset transfers. Both projects demonstrate how Stellar's low costs, ease of use, and asset-backed token capabilities solve real institutional problems, with Blocknify already processing over 710 signatures for major clients.
