The Association focuses on advocating to Congress and US regulators for blockchain-friendly policies, including efforts like the Token Taxonomy Act to exclude cryptocurrencies from securities definitions. SDF's general counsel Candace Kelly stated the membership will help educate policymakers on blockchain benefits.
