The Stellar network will upgrade to Protocol 11 on June 10, 2019 at 1600 UTC. All developers building on Stellar must prepare by upgrading to the latest SDK version supporting Protocol 11, upgrading Horizon instances to v0.17.5 or higher, and upgrading Stellar Core to v11.0.0 or higher. Custom XDR clients must also be updated for Protocol 11 compatibility. Validators should subscribe to the stellar-validators mailing list for coordination details.
