The Stellar x Rise In November 2025 update showcases explosive growth in the ecosystem. HackStellar Istanbul in Turkey received 350+ applications, scaled to 107 participants, and produced 52 projects, with winners like Stellar x402 enabling HTTP-native XLM micro-payments, Reset offering DeFi yield farming with insurance, and Sublayer for unified web3 subscriptions. Community-led workshops in multiple Turkish cities onboarded 32 teams. In India, 9 events including Bhopal Build-A-Thon generated 250+ projects from 1,800 applicants and 490 participants. Vietnam's first workshop engaged 65 builders producing 10 localized projects. Overall, this brings the global total to 300+ projects and 1,300+ builders.
