Lumen Loop's take

Tansu, a decentralized governance platform for open-source communities, shipped its smart contract to Soroban testnet in mid-May 2026. The contract enables on-chain project management with transparent voting, code verification via commit hashes, and role-based access controls. The builder reported significant backend progress: event handling infrastructure is live with database setup and listener machinery in place. A Python library for event handling is now available on PyPI. Next milestones include a dApp proof-of-concept, FastAPI backend for CRUD operations, and continuous deployment for smart contracts. Tansu has been building on Stellar via the Stellar Community Fund since 2024, with prior releases including mainnet deployment and DAO voting features. This testnet release marks the latest incremental milestone toward production.
