TERWA is a Soroban-native RWA vault developed by BTC-WINE, a Bordeaux-based wine merchant active in crypto-native wine trading since 2018. It tokenizes premium wine assets on Stellar, issuing vault participation tokens that represent rights to fine wine production across multiple vintages. Token holders choose between a USDC cash redemption at floor price or physical wine delivery. On-chain appraisals provide transparent, immutable valuation history. The reusable vault template is designed as a repeatable framework for onboarding additional real-world assets onto Stellar.
