Stellar Community Fund March Demo Day showcased five mainnet projects: DevAssign (automated code review and bounty payments), Reflektor (oracle price feeds), Versprop (tokenized real estate finance), Blocksmith (Soroban development framework), and Zenix (perpetual futures exchange). All projects received BUILD awards up to $150,000 and are live on mainnet.
The Stellar Community Fund hosted its March Demo Day featuring five funded projects now live on mainnet. DevAssign automates open-source code review and instantly pays developer bounties via Soroban smart contracts. Reflektor provides tamper-proof oracle price feeds for DeFi protocols, with version 3 now supporting 200+ assets and securing over $100 million in value. Versprop enables tokenization and distribution of real estate equity and debt on Stellar with near-instant transactions. Blocksmith is a development framework for Soroban smart contracts offering local network testing, performance analysis, and consistent deployment workflows. Zenix launched as Stellar's first perpetual futures exchange with 100x leverage, passkey authentication, and an AMM-based vault model. The SCF program has funded 82 teams to mainnet with $14 million in awards, and 90+ teams raised $70 million in external funding. Applications for SCF 43 close April 26.
