Arf, a global settlement banking platform supported by the Stellar Development Foundation, has launched the Arf Credit Line, built on the Stellar network and powered by Circle's USDC. The solution provides unsecured, short-term (1-5 day) working capital financing for qualified licensed financial institutions worldwide, enabling same-day settlements without pre-funding or collateral. Within four months of launch, Arf Credit Line has provided over $80 million in loans and generated $150 million in cumulative on-chain USDC volume. The platform currently serves over 800 money transfer locations and addresses liquidity constraints in cross-border payments by unlocking trapped capital in pre-funded accounts.
