Arf, a Swiss-regulated settlement banking platform backed by the Stellar Development Foundation, launched Arf Credit Line, offering unsecured USDC-based working capital financing for licensed financial institutions. The solution enables same-day cross-border settlements without pre-funding, addressing liquidity constraints in the payments industry.

Arf, a Swiss-regulated global settlement banking platform supported by the Stellar Development Foundation, has launched Arf Credit Line, the first unsecured, short-term USDC-based working capital financing solution for licensed financial institutions. Built on the Stellar network and powered by Circle's USDC, the platform provides 1-5 day working capital access to qualified institutions worldwide, enabling same-day settlements without pre-funding or collateral. Within four months of launch, Arf Credit Line has distributed over $80 million in loans and generated $150 million in cumulative on-chain USDC volume. The solution eliminates capital-intensive business models for senders and counterparty risk for receivers, while providing transparent on-chain transaction tracking. Arf currently serves over 800 money transfer locations globally.
