Arf and Tempo Payments launched a new payment corridor on Stellar connecting Europe to the Philippines using Stellar USDC, enabling instant cross-border fiat-to-fiat transfers with near-zero fees for licensed money service businesses.

Arf, a global stablecoin treasury and cross-border settlement provider, partnered with Tempo Payments to create a new payment corridor via Stellar from Europe to the Philippines. The corridor uses Stellar USDC, issued by Circle, to facilitate instant value transfer between regions. Tempo accepts Euro fiat from senders and converts to Stellar USDC, while Arf manages the movement and settlement with local payout partners in the Philippines for conversion back to local currency. This partnership demonstrates how Stellar's high transaction speeds and near-zero fees enable compliant cross-border payments for MSBs, e-wallets, neobanks, and remittance companies seeking to reduce working capital requirements and access better FX rates.
