The Stellar Development Foundation has released a completely redesigned developer documentation site at developers.stellar.org after months of development and ecosystem feedback. The new docs feature two main sections: Documentation organized around learning paths covering guides, tools, and Stellar concepts, plus an updated API Reference for the Horizon API with improved searchability. Key additions include high-level explanations for new developers, dedicated sections on asset issuance and anchor service setup, and new tutorials for building Stellar applications. The documentation is open source on GitHub, and the SDF is actively seeking community contributions through pull requests and issue reports to continue refining the resource.
