Developers gain programmability to embed cross-chain transfers directly into dApps with arbitrary metadata execution via Hooks. CCTP V2 strengthens Stellar's position in global payments by providing access to deeper liquidity, faster settlement, and the network's 475,000+ MoneyGram locations for seamless on and off-ramping.
