Curve Finance launches StableSwap on Stellar mainnet, marking its first native deployment outside EVM blockchains. The AMM enables users to trade stablecoins and tokenized assets with minimal slippage. FXSwap, supporting higher-volatility pairs including FX and real-world assets, will launch post-audit. Founder Michael Egorov cited institutional demand as a key driver for the expansion.

Curve Finance brings StableSwap to Stellar mainnet, its first native deployment beyond EVM ecosystems. Users can create pools, swap assets, and provide liquidity; the protocol plans to add FXSwap after its audit completes, enabling trading of asset pairs with varying prices including FX and real-world assets. Curve founder Michael Egorov said institutional demand drove the expansion, while Stellar Development Foundation CEO Denelle Dixon highlighted how the deployment gives developers infrastructure to build markets for stablecoins and tokenized assets—which Stellar already supports at scale via partners like Franklin Templeton's tokenized money market fund and MoneyGram's payments network. Curve, launched in 2020, currently manages $1.27 billion in TVL across EVM chains.
