Xcapit's Shelter is a multi-chain value distribution platform proven through UNICEF humanitarian pilots in Peru and Kenya. Built on EVM, Stellar, and Cardano, it enables transparent, auditable cash transfers and disbursements at near-zero cost across any context from aid to corporate benefits.
Xcapit unveiled Shelter, a universal value distribution infrastructure deployed across EVM networks, Stellar with Soroban, and Cardano with Aiken. The platform was field-tested through UNICEF partnerships: a Cusco pilot with 270 beneficiaries achieved zero fund leakage and $0.27 average transaction costs, while a Kenya deployment reached 100% completion rate with SMS wallet functionality for feature phones. Shelter abstracts blockchain and regulatory specifics, enabling organizations to deploy the same infrastructure for humanitarian aid, government social programs, corporate incentives, and remittances without rebuilding. The multi-chain approach reflects a philosophy that technology should adapt to problems rather than forcing problems into a single blockchain solution.
