Soroban offers a batteries-included developer experience with local sandbox setup, plug-and-play SDKs, and flexibility for contract reuse, while leveraging Stellar's speed and reliability. Submissions are accepted until December 15, 2022, with developers encouraged to experiment, test ideas, and report bugs in the early-stage development phase.
