Draper University and the Stellar Development Foundation announced two new programs—the Astro Hacker House and Embark Accelerator—to support up to 80 startups building on Stellar and Soroban over the next two years, with a focus on AI integration and smart contract development.

Draper University, a leading blockchain education and acceleration program, partnered with the Stellar Development Foundation to launch two initiatives targeting startup founders at different stages. The Draper University x Stellar Astro Hacker House is a three-week Silicon Valley residency for early-stage founders to develop MVPs with foundational entrepreneurship and technical skills in building on Stellar, with emphasis on AI integration. The Draper University x Stellar Embark Accelerator targets high-growth startups leveraging smart contracts, AI-blockchain convergence, or enterprise adoption, providing resources, expert mentorship, and investor access to scale on Stellar using Soroban capabilities. Together, these programs aim to boost adoption of the Stellar network and Soroban smart contract platform while positioning Stellar as a leading blockchain for AI integration.
