The program serves multiple audiences including developers transitioning from other blockchains, early-stage founders, Web 2 developers entering Web 3, and student developers. Members gain access to exclusive educational resources, community events, mini grants, potential investment opportunities, and advisory support for Stellar Community Fund submissions offering up to $100K in XLM. The program aims to foster innovation, learning, and meaningful connections within the African blockchain ecosystem while supporting developers in launching products on the Stellar and Soroban networks.
