Velo Labs, TEMPO Payments, and Bitazza have opened a remittance corridor between the EU and Thailand on Stellar, enabling fast cross-border transactions for a $17 billion market connecting 600 million customers.

Velo Labs has partnered with TEMPO Payments (Stellar's EU anchor) and Thai crypto platform Bitazza to launch a remittance corridor between all 27 EU countries and Thailand on the Stellar blockchain. The corridor leverages Velo's protocol and VELO token for second-settlement transactions. The EU-Thailand remittance market is valued at approximately $17 billion and serves 600 million customers, representing a significant opportunity for blockchain-based cross-border payments.
