Decentralife is a new interview series from the Stellar Development Foundation profiling builders in the blockchain ecosystem. The first feature is Neema Adam, a front-end engineer in Tanzania working on ClickPesa (cross-border payments infrastructure) and Flexbeats (a platform for African music producers to sell beats globally).

The Stellar Development Foundation has launched Decentralife, a series highlighting the personal stories and motivations of people building with blockchain technology. The inaugural interview features Neema Adam, a front-end developer based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Neema works full-time at ClickPesa, building infrastructure for low-cost internet and cross-border transactions, and co-develops Flexbeats, a platform enabling African music producers to showcase and sell their work globally. She discovered blockchain through building GetPaid, a product addressing payment challenges for African freelancers who lack access to services like Stripe. Her broader mission is enabling anyone in Africa to start an online business by solving payment accessibility problems that discourage entrepreneurship on the continent.
