Lumen Loop's take

The Stellar Development Foundation announced that its relaunched Marketing Grants Program has distributed over 1 million dollars to support growth and user acquisition for Stellar-based projects. The program funds a wide range of marketing tactics including paid digital media, in-app incentives, offline events, PR support, and access to marketing resources. Eligible projects must have clearly defined Stellar use cases, detailed budgets, and measurable benchmarks. The program explicitly excludes projects promoting speculation, wash-trading, airdrops, or market manipulation. SDF highlighted three funded companies: Elsa.Care (remittance app that doubled its user base), Fonbnk (fintech onramp that acquired 11,000 new Stellar wallet users), and Arf (cross-border settlement provider expanding MSB partnerships). Applications are open for projects demonstrating traction, mission alignment with financial inclusion, ecosystem impact, feasible execution plans, and marketing capability.
