Stellar Expert launches Refractor, a pending transaction storage and multisig aggregator service for the Stellar Network. The tool stores unsigned or partially-signed transactions and automatically coordinates multiple signers to meet signing thresholds, solving a critical infrastructure gap for smart contracts, escrow, derivatives, and multisig-based workflows.

Stellar Expert introduces Refractor, a multisig transaction storage and aggregator service for Stellar. The tool stores unsigned or partially-signed transactions and automatically coordinates signatures from multiple parties, solving a persistent infrastructure gap that developers have been reinventing for years. Refractor discovers eligible signers, calculates signing thresholds, and coordinates the signing process to prevent common errors like too many signatures or conflicting signer weights. The service supports escrow, smart contracts, derivatives trading, p2p lending, and insurance workflows. Developers store transactions via API, set expiration dates and callbacks, and allow signers to sign via Albedo web interface or direct API. Once thresholds are met, Refractor submits to Stellar or triggers webhooks. The service is free, open source, and in public beta with noted limitations: transactions are publicly visible and auto-discovery requires pre-existing source accounts.
