OctoPos RMS, built by crediolabs on their agent platform, went live to monitor Blend's lending pools on Stellar in real time. The system detects oracle price manipulations, health factor drops, and other operational risks—addressing a monitoring gap exposed by the February 2026 Blend hack that drained $10.5M. As institutional capital moves to blockchain (DTCC named Stellar for tokenized settlement, $320B+ in tokenized RWAs exist), operational tooling becomes critical. The monitoring stack has two layers: OctoPos computes pool state and metrics; the agent layer interprets signals and sends alerts to a public Telegram channel. Roadmap: expanding to Aquarius and other Stellar DeFi protocols.
