Q2 of the Stellar Community Fund Public Goods Award wrapped with 17 projects funded and over USD 400,000 disbursed via privacy-preserving on-chain voting. This was the first round where award voting ran as encrypted on-chain governance using Tansu's governance infrastructure on Stellar.

Q2 of the Stellar Community Fund Public Goods Award wrapped with 17 projects funded and over USD 400,000 disbursed via privacy-preserving on-chain voting. Tansu's governance platform on Stellar ran the full program: proposals, vote commitments, and execution all on-chain. Voters were weighted through a Neural Quorum Governance contract integration, and votes were encrypted using Pedersen commitment scheme—ballots stay secret while anyone can verify the final tally. The round surfaced typical sharp edges around wallet UX and execution timing but completed successfully, representing the first governance round of this scale running privacy-preserving voting on Stellar.
