The Stellar Development Foundation partnered with OpenZeppelin through 2026 to enhance Soroban smart contract development with industry-leading security and standards. OpenZeppelin will deliver the Stellar Library with foundational contracts, token standards, and cryptographic utilities, plus 40 Auditor Weeks of security reviews and a bug bounty program. The partnership includes open-source versions of Defender tools like Code Inspector and Relayers, and integration with OpenZeppelin's Contracts Wizard to enable rapid smart contract generation for standards like ERC20 and ERC721.
