The corridor uses Stellar USDC issued by Circle, with Tempo accepting fiat euros from senders and converting to Stellar USDC, while Arf routes funds to Filipino partners for conversion to local currency. The collaboration demonstrates how Stellar's high transaction speeds and near-zero fees enable compliant cross-border payments at mid-market FX rates.
