Wu brings decades of experience in communications, branding, and finance from roles at Dropbox, Square, and Brunswick Group. Lemos contributes expertise in intellectual property, technology policy, and emerging markets, particularly relevant to financial inclusion challenges in developing nations like Brazil where one-third of the population lacks bank access. The additions expand SDF's board to five members alongside Keith Rabois, Shivani Siroya, and Jed McCaleb, strengthening the Foundation's capacity to navigate regulatory landscapes and advance Stellar's mission of equitable global financial access.
