The Stellar Development Foundation is sponsoring SXSW 2022's Finance 3.0 summit, taking place March 11-13 in Austin. SDF will host a 48-hour NFT hackathon (in-person and virtual), an NFT workshop using JavaScript, and a Stellar Lounge with developer office hours. The summit agenda includes sessions on connecting Web3 with the real world, DAOs, NFTs beyond collectibles, synthetic assets, Bitcoin DeFi, and blockchain's environmental impact. Hackathon submissions close March 13 at 2:30 pm CST with awards at 5 pm. Multiple happy hours and networking events are scheduled throughout the three days.
