Stellar Weekly Roundup: Week of Nov 6, 2026
Real-world assets on Stellar passed $5 billion, and Protocol 30 "Bell" went live on testnet ahead of a November 23 mainnet vote. Lendwise launched on mainnet, StellarExpert opened paid API access with x402 pay-per-request, SDF showed its Gesserit AI security harness, and SCF's November Demo Day featured six live projects.

Real-world assets on Stellar have passed $5 billion, and SDF CEO Denelle Dixon says that's "great...for now." Protocol 30, codenamed Bell, went live on testnet November 3, with the mainnet vote set for November 23. The Q4 Public Goods Award closed with 23 proposals approved, voted onchain through Tansu by Stellar Pilots and Public Good Contributors.
RWAs: $5B and Counting
SDF marked $5B in RWAs live on Stellar this week, with Dixon telling CoinDesk the network is "still looking at the scoreboard." She also wants a different scoreboard: her CoinDesk op-ed proposes five measures that track what tokenized assets actually do, not just how much is issued.
A RWA Foundation breakdown using rwa.xyz's "distributed" metric, which counts differently from SDF's figure, puts Stellar at $4.4B across 25,083 holders and 84 tokenized products. Spiko leads issuance at $2.0B, followed by Benji Investments at $1.1B and Ondo at $538.6M. One of the largest single assets is Realiz's VuMe Bond 2030, a $500M Luxembourg-domiciled corporate credit token issued on Soroban for non-US professional investors, which drew attention this week as a sign of the deal sizes Stellar is attracting. Token Terminal data shows tokenized U.S. T-bills on Stellar grew $546.9M in the seven days to November 6, the largest increase of any chain.
SODAX now offers 46 tokenized stocks across four networks, Stellar among them, after whitelisting 22 more, including Netflix, Costco and Moderna. It also added Circle's EURC on Stellar alongside USDC.
Protocol 30 Bell and Developer Tools
Bell adds muxed contract addresses, post-quantum signature verification and millisecond ledger time. Tyler van der Hoeven published plain-language explainers on post-quantum signatures for smart accounts and muxed smart addresses. GitHub discussion on CAP-90, which defines custom signature payloads for account contracts, is active ahead of the vote.
StellarExpert launched API subscriptions. They give developers indexed access to 11 years of Stellar ledger history, contract state, events and analytics. Testnet endpoints are free, and AI agents can pay per request over x402 with no account or key. The same team released a WASM Stack Estimator, which grew out of an XOXNO request to cut memory use in Reflector's contracts. Soroban contracts reserve 1 MiB of stack by default but rarely use more than 1 KiB. Trimming that lowers fees and allows deeper call chains.
AHA Labs reported that 137 projects use at least one of its open-source developer tools, each one traceable to a public repo or onchain activity.
SDF has started posting Meridian 2026 talks on YouTube. One of the first up introduces Gesserit, an autonomous AI security harness that runs 300 agents in parallel against Stellar Core, Horizon, RPC and the SDKs. SDF says it has spent over a trillion tokens and found more than 40 Stellar Core vulnerabilities, with 100+ critical findings across the stack.
DeFi
Lendwise went live on Stellar mainnet on November 3. It shows standardized APYs across 900+ lending markets, putting Blend alongside Aave, Morpho and Compound with rates calculated the same way. Blend v2.1 is already integrated, and XOXNO's lending protocol is next. The SCF-funded team also pitched at this month's Demo Day.
XOXNO became the first aggregator with full Curve support on Stellar, routing through Curve pools and handling LP tokens end to end. Next up is Curve LP positions as collateral. XOXNO is also now live on Seidar, which already lists Zenex perps from Zenith Protocols.
Lunar Finance added Stellar on November 4. Users can bridge assets from EVM networks and Solana and swap tokens on Stellar.
Koul, fresh off an SCF Instaward, demoed at the November 5 Stellar Developers Meeting. Traders write rules in plain language, and Koul compiles them into Soroban contracts that run from passkey-scoped wallets, so custody stays with the trader. Its testnet trading competition passed 110 participants.
Payments and Wallets
Squid said it powers MetaMask's new Stellar integration under the hood. Airtm CEO Ruben Galindo and Kim Mescal-Julien of Mastercard-owned BVNK went deeper on their Meridian partnership on the Deep Dive Podcast. They described stablecoin payouts to 190 markets, replacing three days of correspondent banking with five-second settlement on Stellar.
Builders and Community
SCF's November Demo Day featured six live mainnet projects:
- Safu Protocol, a staking pool that automatically pays back hacked wallets.
- Ayra, bringing the economy of Colombia's Providencia island onchain.
- Blink, merchant payment links that settle on Stellar.
- Vaquita, gamified savings.
- Fundable, payouts and mass payments.
- Lendwise.
SDF said SCF received 2,100+ interest forms this year and awarded 18.1M XLM.
HackMeridian by the numbers: 350+ builders, 210 teams and 165 projects submitted. 79% of teams delivered in 48 hours.

Ambassador chapter teams in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Peru can apply for up to $5,000 in XLM through Instawards until November 7. Stellar India hosted a Stellar House in Mumbai during Devcon week.
Rise In posted Meridian interviews with SDF's Kaan Kaçar on agentic payments, MPP, x402 and Raven, and with Gemma Dobbs on what gets SCF teams funded.
